Work hands-on with logistics enterprises to take AI workers from first workshop to production. You sit between the customer's operations team and our platform: you map the workflow, connect the systems, build and tune the AI steps, and stay until the worker is live and measured.
What you'll do
- Lead technical delivery of AI workers and workflows at enterprise customers, from onboarding to production and beyond.
- Map real operational processes (quoting, bookings, documents, finance) into workflows on the Exworks platform.
- Build and maintain integrations with TMS, ERP, CRM, email and carrier systems through APIs and connectors.
- Design, test and tune prompts, AI steps, guardrails and evaluations so workers meet their quality bar.
- Build new features and MVPs when a customer need isn't covered yet, and feed what you learn back to product.
- Explain technical choices clearly to operations leaders, IT teams and executives.
What you bring
- 3+ years of software engineering, including hands-on Python and TypeScript.
- Experience building with LLMs or other AI/ML systems in real products.
- Experience with APIs, data flows and third-party integrations.
- Strong communication with both technical and business audiences.
- Ownership: you run several projects at once and see each one through.
Nice to have
- Experience with logistics systems such as CargoWise, SAP or a TMS.
- Customer-facing engineering or solutions experience at a fast-growing startup.
Senior Strategic Project ManagerDeployment · Hybrid · Europe or US+
Own our most important enterprise programs end to end. You turn a customer's AI ambition into a plan, align their teams with ours, and make sure every AI worker reaches production with measurable business value.
What you'll do
- Lead multi-workflow AI programs at global logistics enterprises from kickoff to production and expansion.
- Define scope, success metrics, integration plans and timelines with senior customer stakeholders.
- Align customer operations and IT with our product, engineering and forward-deployed teams.
- Track AI workers in production and report the value they deliver to executives.
- Identify new use cases with customers and build the case for expanding adoption.
- Manage risks, escalations and internal approval processes on the customer side.
What you bring
- 6+ years managing complex enterprise programs in SaaS, consulting or technology delivery.
- Track record of leading programs with C-level stakeholders.
- Comfort with technical topics such as APIs, data flows and system integrations.
- Excellent written and spoken English; strong structure and communication.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and genuine interest in AI.
Nice to have
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain.

Run the delivery of AI workers at enterprise customers. You keep projects moving, people aligned and results visible, from the first workflow to the next ones.
What you'll do
- Manage delivery of AI workers and workflows at customers, from kickoff to go-live.
- Define requirements, success metrics and project plans together with customers and our engineers.
- Coordinate customer teams, forward-deployed engineers and product on deliverables and timelines.
- Monitor performance in production and prepare clear progress and value reports.
- Spot new opportunities to expand AI use with each customer.
What you bring
- 2–5 years as a project, program or technical program manager, or in consulting or a fast-growing startup.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Comfort with technical concepts such as APIs and data flows.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Curiosity about AI and how it changes operations.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations.
- Background in logistics or supply chain.
